Spring 2010
I recently returned from installing the Solar Drone at the Schuylkill Center in Philadelphia for there new exhibit title Elemental Energy. The Solar Drone is a collaborative concept that Eric Bachman and I have been developing together. This is one of several concepts we are exploring that incorporate relationships between sound and sculpture and out environment. The Solar Drone produces a sustained tone dependent on the intensity of sunlight at that particular moment. Eventually we will installed many of these to create a tonal composition.

Also, I have begun work on the Rex Morgan Tribute that is schedule to be installed late this year. This piece will be the first large scale piece that I have ever created in glass. I've been commissioned to create this sculpture to help represent the significance of the volunteer work that Rex Morgan, along with the many others who have followed in his footsteps,  contributed to help establish the SCFD (the Science and Cultural Facilities District in Denver).

Along with this, I am pleased to announce that I have joined the list of artists represented by Ron Judish in Denver. I have been visiting Ron's galleries since I was in high school, so this is an honor to now be represented by him and Gallery T. The gallery is currently transitioning to a future space, but you can visit the web site at- http://www.galleryt.org/Gallery_Artists.html

Keep checking for updates and scheduled exhibitions.
