I created three vertical elements in Denver's Northfield Town Center. This public art commission is located at the site of Denver's late Stapelton International Airport, now occupied by the Stapleton Town Development. I used salvaged aircraft tail sections from 737's to create this sculpture that adjusts to the wind's movement as well as public contact. These pieces also incorporate solar energy to power a lighting system that reveals the interior structure during the evening hours.
